I had been chatting to two lovely families that wanted to work with me, and as they both lived in London we planned to meet on the same day in the stunning Richmond Park. This meant they didn’t have to pay my travel costs and I got the pleasure of working with two families back to back.

Richmond Park if you don’t know it is such a stunning spot for family photos as it honestly does just feel like a walk in the park. There are deer, beautiful ponds, locations full of flowers, long grass fields and plenty of shade and attractive open woodland allowing ideal conditions whatever the weather. Because it’s such a big place, even on a sunny Sunday we found lots of quiet spots. This is always a priority for me, ensuring families feel comfortable, not overlooked and have the space to play freely.

Photographing this family was a joy because they embraced the uninterrupted time together as a family and at times almost forgot I was there. The photos show so much genuine love and connection, which is what I always aim for in my sessions.
