This at home session was pure fun and was tailored exactly to this family and what they like to do. We played in their garden in the long grass, picked berries and went for a walk into the fields and woods opposite their house.

The very nature of doing the things a family would usually do, in their own environment, meant I barely needed to prompt at all. This family played, explored and enjoyed their time together while I simply stepped back and captured it as it unfolded.

I always have plenty of ideas up my sleeve if we need a little help bringing out different connections between family members, but sometimes stepping back and letting you be yourselves is what leads to the best photos.
